A really nice stay.

I stayed here for one night. The reception team are all very nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure l was ok. we had a meal in the bar and it was lovely. The bar staff engaged with us and asked if everything was ok. The room was clean and had everything you would need for a over night stay. Everyone that we pasted greeted me and asked how my stay was.

Amazing Stay & Excellent Staff

I cannot say enough about this hotel but in particularly the staff... My Auntie booked a stay for my birthday and from start to finish the service and team where exceptional. Particular mention to Orla, who not only went out of her way when we lost track of time and missed the deadline for dinner service to cook steak to perfection, a beautiful chicken stir fry for my Auntie but also made me the best birthday cake (which I am still indulging in back home). Myself and my auntie arrived late to order dinner but Paulette and Orla were not only accommodating but lovely with it, they really made our night.The following day my auntie was too sick so we stayed an extra night and, once again, nothing was too much for the morning and breakfast staff. I would also like to mention Greg, the Night Manager & Katie on reception (I hope I remember the name correct from check in Thursday) Great hotel, fantastric staff and absolutely will be back soon with our dog Jacko. Many thanks for a great stay.

Warm and Welcoming Hotel in Athlone

We booked the Creggan Court for a brief trip to Athlone, and it was a good decision. On one of the coldest days of the year it was great to come into a warm and comfortable room, more than worth the excellent value B&B rate. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the bar is lively, and the breakfast was as good as anywhere.

Highly recommended - it's a little bit outside of the town but there are shops and restaurants adjacent, and it's a perfect place to stay if you're travelling by car. I'll stay again!

Great Stay Great Prices

I’ve stayed at the Creggan Court Hotel many times before and I am yet to be disappointed. This time was for two nights towards the end of January and although they were renovating one of the floors the disruption was at a minimum. Huge selection at breakfast with them catering for all tastes. I had food in the bar and it was exceptional. The staff were attentive and prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to my next stay.

Great location, just off M6

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Galway. We opted for The Granary Gastro pub as we were tight for time and there was a carvery available. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was plenty of seating (and even a roped off area that could have been opened if necessary). Staff were very friendly. As it is a pub there is the added bonus of being able to get a pint if you wish. Would I eat here again, very definitely.
